The Millikin experience is rich with opportunity and artistic context. Our five degree programs are designed to offer an immersive set of experiences for students seeking a comprehensive education in theatre.
Signature Programs
In addition to the intensive focus on individual disciplines, students in the School of Theatre and Dance have opportunities to engage in one or more of our Signature programs. From working with professional writing teams to immersing in international culture, from being part of a student run theatre company to engaging in social entrepreneurship, these unique programs offer our students invaluable Performance Learning opportunities rich in transferrable skills.
Tour the Center for Theatre & Dance
The $29 million facility includes a 250 seat courtyard-style theatre, dance and acting studios to support classes, productions and informal performances, classrooms, well-equipped design labs, a costume studio, a script library, collaboration spaces, and public spaces for the School of Theatre and Dance and the visiting public. The innovative facility will house all areas of study within the nationally recognized School.
