MILLIKIN UNIVERSITY invites applications for a part-time Adjunct Instructor of Music–Composition. M.M. minimum required. Documented history of professional activity in composition (chamber, solo, orchestral, vocal) and evidence of successful teaching at the collegiate level is essential. Primary teaching responsibilities include an introductory composition class, subsequent composition lessons, and organizing composer’s forum recitals, as needed. The successful candidate will participate in music theory area governance and recruitment.
The Millikin University School of Education (SOE) invites applicants to apply for an elementary education faculty position. Millikin University’s Elementary Education program was rated as "Exemplary" by the Illinois State Board of Education in their most recent IEPP (Illinois Education Preparation Profile) ratings.
