The qualifications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position include: 

 

MILLIKIN UNIVERSITY invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Music–Trumpet. Completed doctorate required. Documented history of exceptional professional activity in trumpet performance (e.g., chamber music, solo, orchestral, jazz); evidence of successful teaching; and ability to attract and retain trumpet students is essential. Primary responsibilities include: teaching applied trumpet (classical & jazz) and directing Jazz Band 2.  Other responsibilities commensurate with qualifications.
