The Millikin University School of Music invites applications for two part-time, non-tenure track appointments, to teach applied voice at the rank of Adjunct Instructor of Voice, beginning August 2018. All voice types will be considered. Qualified candidates should hold a Master’s degree (doctorate preferred). Successful candidates must be comfortable teaching various vocal styles (e.g. opera, musical theatre, jazz, commercial, etc.) and be able to play piano proficiently enough to accompany lessons.

The Department of Physics and Astronomy at Millikin University invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach two introductory lecture courses and one introductory lab course for the fall 2018 semester, beginning in August.  The lecture courses are on 1) introductory astronomy (stars and galaxies) and 2) university physics (calculus-based mechanics), and the lab is on mechanics, with a mix of algebra-based and calculus-based lecture students. Candidates should have a Masters or Ph.D. in physics or a related field.
