    Exercise Science

    The new Bachelor of Exercise Science major will provide students two options for degrees. Students who follow the Exercise Science major obtain positions in exercise, fitness, coaching, or go on to graduate school.
  • Sport & Recreation Management

    Physical Education

    A Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a Teacher License prepares professionals to teach physical education and coach in a school setting. Millikin offers State of Illinois teaching endorsements in Health Education, Safety and Driver Education, Special Education and English as a Second Language.

    The Sport & Recreation Management Major delivers a foundation of study in the sport and recreation industries, their products and services, and prepares students through active learning to effectively lead sport and recreation organizations.

    Through a combination of both didactic and practical learning experiences, the program helps students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for success on the Board of Certification (BOC) examination and for success in the field of Athletic Training and related allied health fields.
