Todd was born July 14, 1977, the son of John (Bump) and Paula (Elsea) Hill. He attended Argenta-Oreana Schools and graduated from Millikin. He worked for the family farm for many years. He loved to fish, watch the St. Louis Cardinals, investing and learning new things. He also loved to listen to music, play the guitar, talk to his friends, and watch TV and share Tik Tok videos. He loved to make you laugh and share funny videos. He loved his French Bulldog Freddie and Yadi.
Todd is survived by his parents John (Bump) and Paula of Decatur; his brother Aaron of Oreana; and his favorite nephew Jaice Hill of Oakley. He also leaves his maternal grandmother Alice Elsea and his paternal grandmother Jean Hill, both of Decatur. Todd is also survived by David Woodhall, Nate Sheppard, his other fishing buddies and close friends.
