Janice was born on February 8, 1950 to the late Robert and Georgia (Margaritis) Dibble in Paterson, NJ. Janice went to Milliken College and earned her master’s degree in Library Science from UW-Milwaukee. She worked as a Research Librarian at the Oshkosh Public Library. Janice volunteered and enjoyed giving tours at the historic Paine Art Center in Oshkosh. She enjoyed collecting art, gardening, flowers and her dogs. Janice is survived by her brother, Robert (Rebecca) Dibble and nephews, Benjamin and Michael Dibble.
