Hailey Marie Scott, 30, of Cisco, IL, passed away at 6:19 P.M. on Wednesday (06-07-2023) in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Hailey was born on May 24, 1993, in Springfield, IL, the daughter of Edward Duane Polley and Lori Renae (Nusbaum) Polley. She married Brian Andrew Scott on October 3, 2015, in rural Cowden, IL.
Hailey worked as a Registered Nurse for Decatur Memorial Hospital. Hailey loved spending time outdoors with nature. She also enjoyed time with her family and all the wildlife she saw in the country. Hailey had extra special love for their two dogs Marshall and Willow and their chickens.
She is survived by her Husband: Brian Scott of Cisco, IL; Son: Barrett River Scott of Cisco, IL; Parents: Edward and Lori Polley of Oreana, IL; Maternal Grandparents: John and Delene Pulley of Decatur, IL and Ron and Kay Nusbaum of Oakley, IL; Paternal Grandparents: Edward and Jessie Polley of Decatur, IL; Father in law Joe Scott of Cisco, IL; Mother in law Cindy Scott of Decatur, IL; and Brother-in-law: Bradley Scott of Pana, IL.
