RIGSBEY Gene Richard Rigsbey, 95 of Springfield died at his residence on Sunday, March 31, 2024. A private graveside service was held at Camp Butler National Cemetery. Tanzyus-Logan Funeral Service and Care is in charge of the arrangements.
