David Mark Forsythe, 63, was born on August 20, 1960, in Decatur, IL. He recently passed away on November 15, 2023.

A private graveside service will be held to commemorate his life.

David attended Eisenhower High School, Richland Community College, and Millikin University.

He worked for Citizens National Bank and United Parcel Service.
