SOBIESKI, Wisconsin - Dale Alan Spires, 62, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024, from complications of stage 4 colon cancer at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center in Green Bay, WI, surrounded by family and friends.
Dale was born on October 14, 1961, in Decatur, IL, to Ronald and Darlene (Crow) Spires. Dale was born on his parent's fifth wedding anniversary and his sister's fourth birthday.
Dale was a 1979 graduate of Macon High School where he was a member of the band, jazz band and track. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Millikin University in 1983. Was a member of Sigma Zeta Honorary Society and Alpha Epsilon Delta. He was accepted on his first application to the University of Illinois School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 1987 and was a member of the Omega Tau Sigma.
