Legacy of the Lamp is a nursing tradition to celebrate the Sophomore students moving into their Junior semester. An hour-long reception for students, families, and faculty is followed by a ceremony where we hear from our 2025 Alumnus of the Year Tim Carrigan, PhD, RN, NEA-BE, FACHE, Class of 2001 and students are presented with the Nightingale Lamp.
