Professor

Dr. Robert Money is Professor of Philosophy and Chair of the Philosophy Department. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Iowa, a J.D. from Emory University School of Law, and a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Furman University. His teaching and research interests include ethics and ethical theory, political philosophy, history of philosophy, philosophy of law, philosophy of religion, and the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche. Dr. Money has received numerous awards for teaching excellence including the Teaching Excellence Award, the Alpha Lambda Delta Teacher of the Year Award, and the James Millikin Scholar Educator of the Year Award. Dr. Money serves as Director of the Pre-Law Program, faculty director of moot court, and faculty coordinator for University Seminar. Dr. Money has published papers in Religion and Education as well as The Emory University International Law Review.
