Tabor School of Business Danielle Fields

Dr. Danielle Fields (MU Class of 2009/MBA 2012) teaches in the Tabor School of Business as an Adjunct Instructor of Entrepreneurship and is particularly passionate about helping students with little-to-no business experience learn all they’d ever hope to know about financial statements … and then some! Danielle serves as the Vice President of Operations at Lincoln Christian University, where she oversees the Fiscal Services, Financial Aid, Marketing, Human Resources, Facilities Management, and Custodial Services departments, and where she teaches Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics. Prior to joining LCU in December 2020, she spent 15 years at Millikin University in the Business Office and Marketing and Media Relations. Danielle received both her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and her MBA from Millikin and has an Ed.D. in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca Nazarene University. Danielle and her husband, Bill (MU Class of 2019/MBA 2021), live in Decatur with their two sons.
