Services

Millikin’s Information Technology Help Desk is located in Shilling Hall room 106.  Technicians are available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.  Services provided to students include assisting with Wi-Fi and network connectivity, installing campus printers, correcting account issues, downloading and installing Microsoft Office 365  (FREE to all Millikin students), assisting with Millikin email, and providing a myMillikin overview.  Please contact the Help Desk if you have questions.

Purchasing a New Computer?

If you are considering the purchase of a new computer, below is a list of suggested specifications.  Please make sure to reach out to your advisor or faculty to determine if there are department or course specific requirements.
