The MU Greek Community

The fraternity and sorority community at Millikin University includes five men's fraternities and six women's sororities. These organizations provide housing and support for approximately 25% of the Millikin University student body. Millikin's fraternity and sorority community is dedicated to many things, but most of all, strives to help others reach their greatest potential and to improve the community, working to develop better men and better women.

The present Interfraternity Council, Multicultural Greek Council, and Panhellenic Council exist to support their member organizations, promote fraternity/sorority life, and provide networking opportunities for current members. Program initiatives sponsored by the councils include Emerging Greek Leader Retreat, New Member Greek Academy, All-Council Educational Meetings, Fraternity & Sorority Life Informationals, Greek Week, Progressive Dinner, and Pre-Recruitment events.

The fraternity/sorority community is focused around six pillars including: diversity and inclusion, scholarship, leadership, service, brotherhood/sisterhood, and personal growth and development.
