State of the University

Community members are invited to attend this special event to hear about Millikin University's new strategic plan, capital projects and goals for the upcoming academic year. Following the address from University President Jim Reynolds, join us for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres to celebrate our collective achievements! In addition to President Reynolds’ address, the public is invited to enjoy tours of Millikin’s campus, as well as a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception at Millikin’s Center for Theatre & Dance.
The full event schedule includes:
- 2-3 p.m. – Optional Campus Tours
- 3:15-4 p.m. – State of the University Address (Kirkland Auditorium)
- 4:30 p.m. – Reception, hosted by friends of Millikin University, Mike and Sue Vitale (Mary Linder ’49 Veranda at the Center for Theatre & Dance)
Parking and check-in will be at Kirkland Fine Arts Center.
This event is free and open to the public.
