This Millikin Opera Theatre program is a "reboot" of our Fall 2022 opera scenes program that was canceled due to illness in the cast. Please join us on Thursday, February 16th at 7:30pm in Kaeuper Hall, to experience performances of our opera workshop students in a wide variety of opera scenes by seven different composers, from Monteverdi to Bernstein. Most scenes are sung in English, but two are sung in the original Italian with English surtitles projected above the stage. The use of projected images in our program is the auspicious debut of new technology updates to Kaeuper Hall. You will not want to miss this exciting opera scenes program!
