In 2024, Richland Community College and Millikin University formed a collaborative partnership to better serve students by streamlining the transfer process. Most Richland students can now be immediately accepted to Millikin if they have at least a 2.0 GPA, which then allows them to complete their Millikin bachelor's degree in two years with full-time enrollment.
