The Decatur Memorial Foundation/Millikin University Nursing Scholars Program helps eligible Nursing students continue their education while building experience at Decatur Memorial Hospital. This joint program is designed for students in the Decatur area who want meaningful financial support while continuing to grow in a clinical environment. Through scholarship and tuition assistance of up to $50,000, this program supports your Nursing journey and directly connects you to a career at Memorial Health.
The program includes:
A three-year employment commitment at Decatur Memorial Health (DMH) after program completion
A minimum work requirement of 16 hours per month at DMH while completing your nursing education
This program is open to junior or senior students in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program or students in their third semester of the Master’s Entry into Nursing Practice (MENP) program.
