Since beginning school this year, we have implemented SCRUM in three different instances with great success.

Session Descriptions
Session 1: Introduction to Agile and How Businesses Use It
Agile methodologies are becoming the standard way work gets done in modern, successful companies. This hands-on training provides a high-level overview of Agile and covers a brief history of Agile, an overview of the Agile mindset and why it is important, and a brief look at some of the more popular Agile methodologies and practices in use today.

- History of Agile
- Empirical Process Control Mindset
- Agile Manifesto, Principles, Practices and Methodologies
Session 2: How Agile Can Be Adapted To the Classroom
While Agile methodologies and practices are widely accepted by companies doing software development, many of them are not specific to that field in any way. One of the most compelling places an Agile mindset has started being used is by educators. Agile principles of breaking large tasks into small, easily managed chunks, gathering feedback often and collaboration are natural to students trying to learn about challenging new topics.
