John Yotter serves as Adjunct Instructor for the MBA Program's Process Improvement curriculum for the Tabor School of Business. John has 40 years of experience in process oriented assignments. His current role at Caterpillar includes the Cat Production Systems and 6 Sigma Lean. John has oversight of these functions with 7 facilities in the USA, Mexico, Germany and Indonesia. He also has or had involvement in Chile, England and France. In previous roles at Caterpillar, John has served as EHS Manager, Production Supervision, Manufacturing Engineering, Publications, and Labor Relations. John enjoys wildlife photography, boating and kayaking.
