If I do not return the equipment when it is due, I understand that I will be fined $5 for each day the equipment is late. I am solely responsible for the above listed equipment and will return it in the same condition as loaned. The equipment will be tested within 24 hours of its return. I will be financially responsible of loss, theft, or damage to the equipment.
