Payment Policies

All families will receive an invoice once a semester with their current balance. Families may pay their tuition balances in two increments according to the payment schedule printed on their tuition invoice. It is the student/family’s responsibility to ensure that payments are received by the appropriate deadline. Please ensure the Preparatory Department always has current contact information to prevent billing issues.

Note: Lessons will cease if no payments have been made on an account. Under no circumstances may a student begin lessons for the next term until the prior term is paid in full.

Attendance Policies

Regular attendance at lessons is required. If you are unable to come to your lesson, please notify the instructor at least 24 hours in advance. Teachers are not obligated to make up the missed lessons but are encouraged to make a reasonable attempt to reschedule an occasional missed lesson for good cause (i.e. illness) if sufficient notice is given. However, if no accommodation can be reached, the student will forfeit (and be charged for) the lesson. Teachers are expected to make up any lessons that they are responsible for having to miss. Lessons will be terminated after two consecutive skipped lessons with no notification from the family. Students/families are still required to pay the balance for lessons.
