“Am I Racist?”

Join us for a conversation about race and racism in America, where we will consider how modern day racism affects us all, and in different ways, focusing on two major dimensions of racism, symbolic and institutional. Dr. Kenneth Laundra, an Associate Professor of Sociology at Millikin University, students from Millikin’s Sociology Club, Black Student Union, Sigma Lambda Beta (MU’s International Fraternity), will be joining us for this important conversation, as well as bringing their own thoughts and experiences about race and racism in the modern era.
