I graduated from Millikin in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History. I also minored in Environmental Studies and Spanish. While at Millikin, I was awarded the J. Graham Provan History Scholarship, T. W. Samuels Pre-Law Student Award, and the Thomas W. & Mary R. Adney Memorial Award for Pre-Law Students. I was a member of the Moot Court team for two years, the Ethics Bowl team, and I was the captain of the Men’s Soccer team. Thanks to the dedicated faculty in the Philosophy Department, my courses at Millikin challenged my world view and reshaped my understanding of various philosophical concepts, the most impactful being my understanding of justice. The opportunities I had working with this department led me to change my intended career path and instead pursue a career in the legal field. After graduating Millikin, I moved to Chicago to attend DePaul University College of Law.
