Z Paul Reynolds, M.S. Ed. currently serves as the Director of Student Development and the University Commons. He came to Millikin in August of 2014 after having served for more than 25 years in various higher education/student affairs roles among four institutions of higher education (the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and Illinois State University). He also has several years of hotel/hospitality management experience where he served a private company as the Executive Director of Administration and Operations--overseeing the daily administration of 14 hotels in the northern Ohio area.
Reynolds received his Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.) Degree from the University of Toledo, majoring in secondary business education, and his Master of Science (M.S. Ed.) degree in higher education from the University of Pennsylvania. He did post-master's work toward a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) degree from the University of Pennsylvania and received a Certificate in Advanced Study in Higher Education. Z Paul's passions are in student union administration, student employment, and retention strategies and analysis in higher education.
