Tim Zinselmeier serves as Associate Processor for the Supply Chain and Logistics class for the Tabor School of Business. In conjunction with teaching at Millikin, Tim works at HSHS St. John's Hospital as a Senior Performance Improvement Specialist. Tim has worked at HSHS St. John's for over 5 years working closely with Physicians and Clinical staff to improve processes to better meet the needs of their customers. Tim has partnered with Physicians on projects that have been published and presented at National Conferences. Prior to working at HSHS St. John's Hospital, Tim worked at Toyota for over 5 years. While at Toyota he worked closely with multiple Toyota plants, and Toyota suppliers implementing and coaching teams on lean processes. Prior to working at Toyota, he worked at Emerson Electric. There he successffully launced a new product produced in China, and coordinated a product relocation to a company in Vietnam. Tim received his bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from SIUE, an MBA from Benedictine University, and has is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
