RJ Podeschi serves the role of Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Director of Undergraduate Programs for the Tabor School of Business. Prior to his full-time faculty appointment, RJ served his alma mater for 11 years in a variety of information technology roles, primarily building and maintaining enterprise databases and administrative systems. The majority of his IT experience revolves around Oracle database administration and reporting. Previously, he has also formed his own IT consulting company with 2 other partners serving the technology needs of IT businesses in the Central Illinois area. RJ’s passion for the classroom and student learning came out of his work as an adjunct for Millikin 2 years prior to earning his full-time teaching post. RJ serves as the Tabor Chair of the Undergraduate Experience, which includes scheduling, advising, and assessment duties. RJ received his bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Millikin in 2002 and his MBA from Millikin in 2004. He also serves as a director at a local credit union and is active in the finances and ministries of his home church. RJ’s hobbies include running, playing tennis & golf, cooking, and travelling.
