Dr. Rebecca von Kamp is an Adjunct Professor of Music and serves as a member of the Voice Faculty. In addition to teaching private voice lessons, she teaches Class Voice in conjunction with the Vocal Pedagogy Practicum.
In 2014, Rebecca came to the Millikin faculty from teaching positions at Coe College and Marion Music Academy. Rebecca maintains a private studio as well as an active performance career, including the operatic roles of Dido in Dido and Aeneas, Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni, and various musical theater roles, including Carlotta in The Phantom of the Opera.
After receiving her Bachelor's of Music degree from The University of Akron and her Master's of Music degree from The University of Louisville, Rebecca completed her Ph. D. in Vocal Literature with an emphasis in Vocal Pedagogy from The University of Iowa, under the tutelage of Dr. Katherine Eberle.
