Raphaella Prange has over 18 years of experience in Higher Education. Raphaella earned her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Interpersonal Communication from DePauw University (Greencastle, IN) and her Master's of Science Degree in Student Affairs Administration from Indiana State University (Terre Haute, IN). Raphaella began her career in Student Affairs at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (Terre Haute, IN) working in student activities and residence life. She later moved on to Millikin in 1999 to serve as the Assistant Director of Student Programs. Since her employment at Millikin, Raphaella has served in a number of capacities to include positions in Student Programs, Greek Life, Residence Life, and Student Development. She has also taught in the Millikin Program for Student Learning. Raphaella currently serves as the Dean of Student Development, a position she has held since 2011. Raphaella has led many initiatives at the University to include New Student Orientation, Retention Strategy, Student Conduct System, and Title IX initiatives. Raphaella is a City Limitless Ambassador for Decatur and Macon County, and lives in the west end with her husband Rob (MU alum '97) and two children, Robert (10) and Suzanne (8).
