Elizabeth is an adjunct in the Tabor School of Business for Organizational Leadership (OL). She has been an OL faculty member for over 15 years. She teaches a variety of courses including, Self-Leadership, Global Leadership, Group and Team Dynamics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development through Human Resources, Project Leadership, Organizational Leadership and Capstone. She also teaches several Interdepartmental courses. She has degrees from Northwestern and U of I in organization theory, culture, marketing and MIS. She is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership; Elizabeth is retired from Millikin where she was a Department Chair, and from McDonald's Corporation where she was responsible for leadership and organizational development, as well as project management. Elizabeth offers Millikin students courses in online and hybrid formats in the OL major, minor, certificate, and interdepartmental programs.
