Millikin University is a private, comprehensive institution serving approximately 2,300 undergraduate, graduate, full-time and part-time students who study in four colleges/schools: Arts and Sciences, Business, Fine Arts and Professional Studies. The Modern Languages Department at Millikin is seeking a dynamic professor to teach French language and culture courses for Spring 2023. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh and innovative perspective into the classroom. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in French language instruction.

Duties include:

  • Holding regular office hours.
  • Ensure students and colleagues are treated with respect.


Required Education

Master’s degree in French or a Master’s degree with graduate work in French.

  • Ability to promote an effective environment for learning French and language lab experiences.
