The Tabor School of Business is seeking an Adjunct Graduate Professor to teach the Strategic Management courses in our Executive and Fast-Track MBA programs. These courses are delivered one session per week for nine consecutive weeks.  The Executive course runs from the end of January 2017 through the end of March 2017; the Fast-Track course runs from the end of May 2017 through the end of July 2017.  This course can be taught virtually or in the classroom.

Our MBA programs, based on ten core courses, have three major threads of inquiry: a sequence in accounting and finance focusing on decision making, a sequence in management and leadership focusing on people, and a sequence on marketing, strategy and planning focusing on integrating business knowledge.

The Strategic Management course is paired with Business Planning and has been taught by faculty that have been in executive management roles.  Together these capstone courses should develop holistic views of business situations and decisions from an executive line of sight.

The MBA faculty is a team of academically and professionally qualified people with deep experiences that bring business into the classroom.  We are driven by the mission of our institution of bringing together the practical and the academic.  Faculty have the freedom to be creative in delivery and content as it fits into the practical focus of our program.  A Ph.D. with work experience would be a good fit for the program.

Qualified applicants should submit a letter of application, current curriculum vita, and three professional references by clicking the apply tab below.  Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Employment and first day of work is contingent upon successful completion of background check. Millikin University is an equal opportunity employer.
