John Robinson receives Millikin's Hollis Prize

Millikin University's Hollis Prize is the highest award that may be received by a student instrumentalist or vocalist within the School of Music. The 16th annual Hollis Prize was awarded on Saturday, April 7, following a recital at Kaeuper Hall in Perkinson Music Center. The concert featured performances from Millikin University's top three music performing students.

Millikin students honored for demonstrated leadership and passion for entrepreneurship

Jesse Sargeant, a recent Millikin University graduate, and Martel McGee, a junior entrepreneurship major, were both honored as recipients of the Sharon T. Alpi Scholarship for Entrepreneurship Excellence during a recognition ceremony on Dec. 11 in ADM-Scovill Hall.

Millikin student honored for leadership and excellence in curricular, extracurricular activities

Millikin University senior music business and information systems major Justin DeBo, of Normal, Ill., was honored as Millikin's recipient of the Lincoln Academy of Illinois' Student Laureate Award for 2017.

DeBo was presented with his award at the annual Student Laureate Convocation on Nov. 11 at the Old State Capitol in Springfield, Ill.

Student Loan Report ranks colleges for creative arts scholarships awarded

Millikin University has been recognized by Student Loan Report as one of the top 150 private colleges that offer the most creative arts scholarship aid.

Hundreds of private schools were analyzed in the study and were evaluated based solely on the amount of creative arts scholarship aid awarded. Millikin was ranked No. 23.
