Millikin named among Top 20 Best Small College Deals in Illinois

Millikin University is once again ranked among the nation's best colleges and universities by Forbes in its 10th annual Top Colleges in America ranking. Millikin is one of 25 colleges from Illinois to make Forbes' national ranking of 650 institutions.

Millikin International Festival opens door to world cultures

International students on Millikin University's campus were given the opportunity to share their culture and represent their country during Millikin's annual International Festival. The campus community had the opportunity to discover world cultures and hear from people of other nations.

MDSO to be joined by special guest violinist Kinga Augustyn

The Millikin-Decatur Symphony Orchestra (MDSO) will continue its 2017-2018 performance season with a Masterworks concert featuring the music of John Williams on Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, at 2 p.m. in Kirkland Fine Arts Center on Millikin University's campus.

Tabor School of Business establishes Dean's Business Council

Dr. Najiba Benabess, dean of the Tabor School of Business at Millikin University, has been researching ways to advance and grow the Tabor School of Business. In keeping with the institution's mission of Performance Learning and program development, Dr. Benabess turned to Millikin business graduates to establish the Dean's Business Council.

Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education ranks Millikin University among top institutions

Millikin University has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education (WSJ/THE) in its second annual ranking of U.S. colleges and universities released on Sept. 26. Millikin is ranked No. 447 of 1054 institutions nationally, and No. 112 of 275 institutions in the Midwest.

Big Blue Volleyball looking to make deep run in 2017

The Millikin University Volleyball team is off to an impressive start in 2017 with an overall record of 12-3 and 2-0 in College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) play. The team is ranked 12th in the nation in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) NCAA Division III Top 25 Poll.
