Art student's printmaking work recognized by National Association of Women Artists

The printmaking artwork of Millikin University auditing art student Amy Stockwell has been accepted into the National Juried Exhibition "Printmaking and Encaustic Painting, Pressed and Waxed," sponsored by the National Association of Women Artists Inc. (NAWA).

Millikin students showcase short films and animations

Teams of filmmakers and animators were given a unique opportunity to create and exhibit their work at Millikin University's first "Images in Motion" film festival, presented by Millikin's Arts Technology Department. The film festival was held April 26 on Millikin's campus at Albert Taylor Theatre.

MU students honored for artistic designs

Millikin University Arts Technology and Graphic Design students Elsa Rotramel, Molly McCool, Susan Chang, Kade Nylen, and recent graduate Tyler Clemons, each received 2019 Regional American Advertising Awards (ADDY) from the American Advertising Federation. The students were honored for their artistic designs at the Regional American Advertising Federation Awards Gala on Feb. 28 in Peoria, Ill.
