In 1919, Millikin area alumni groups began to take hold. Just 18 years after the University’s founding, and six after the Alumni Association itself was established, Chicago and New York became the first active regional alumni clubs.

Donations help provide research-quality instruments
On May 6th, three Decatur-based (Ill.) oncologists visited Millikin University's Chemistry Department to see first-hand how their personal donations made an immense impact in providing research-quality instruments that will allow Millikin students to grow as scientists, researchers, and maybe even, doctors.

Millikin University's Celebrations of Scholarship is the culmination of the academic year; an all-day event that puts the outstanding achievements of students from all majors front and center for the entire campus community to witness. It's a forum that recognizes academics and honors personal success.

Big Blue grads play prominent roles in multimedia concert
Chicago's Porchlight Music Theatre has earned critical acclaim for being one of the city's top musical theatre centers, providing a venue for Chicago's brightest music theatre talents. Over the years, Porchlight Music Theatre has staged more than 75 productions, including the hit revue series "New Faces Sing Broadway."
