Memorial for Susan Elaine Bozarth Andrews ’84

PEORIA - Susan Elaine Bozarth Andrews, 65, died Dec. 24, 2018 at her daughter's house in Towanda, IL.

Born June 5, 1953 in Peoria, she was the daughter of Helen Louise (Smith) and Robert Joseph Bozarth. Both preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Andrews (Cory) Ballenger of Towanda, IL; granddaughter, Kathryn Margaret Andrews of Normal, IL; step-grandchildren, Dakota, Brianna and Justin Ballenger of Towanda, IL; and one great-grandson, Carson Joseph of Normal, IL.

As a graduate of Limestone Community High School in Bartonville, she was employed by St. Louis/Peoria Music and Norandex for several years.

She received an Associate's Degree from Richland Community College in Decatur, IL in 1981, and a Bachelor's Degree from Millikin University in Decatur, IL in 1983.

She was then employed by State Farm Insurance Cos., in Bloomington as a programmer/analyst until 1994.

Her artistic efforts were published several times in Rubber Stamper Magazine. She will be remembered by some for her line of greeting cards and novelty items under the name of Wacko Enterprises.

No services are planned by her request. Memorials may be made to a local no-kill animal shelter, PBS station and/or library.
