Leave a Legacy

The simplest way to leave an estate gift to Millikin is to designate the University as a beneficiary in your will. Gifts can be a dollar amount, a percentgage, or the remainder of your estate. Since your bequest is not payable until after your lifetime, it will not affect your current cashflow. Bequests can be revoked or changed at any time.

As bequests may not be received by Millikin for many years, it is preferable that restrictions placed on your gift be as minimal as possible, in order to provide the University with maximum flexibility to see your generosity at work. However, Millikin is also grateful to receive bequests designated for specific departments or programs which are special to the donor.
