Registration
Early registration for the MACTLAC meeting will close on September 30, 2015. You can register online or download and complete the application form. The online registration option has an online payment option. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or electronic check. If you choose to register by mail, make a check to MACTLAC and submit both the completed form and check to:

Registration fees are $25 for members and $30 for non-members. Undergraduate and graduate students can register free of charge. The banquet scheduled for Friday, October 16 costs $20. You may also pay membership dues ($5/year) through the payment website.
Undergraduate Student Participation
We also invite your undergraduate students in their third, fourth, or fifth years to attend MACTLAC this year. Undergraduates who have completed research will have an opportunity to present their findings during a poster session. Monetary prizes for best poster presentations will be awarded. We also plan to have at least one breakout session specifically designed for undergraduate students to discuss their futures (e.g., finding jobs, selecting graduate schools, etc.) after completing their degrees.
Accommodations
A block of 60 business-class hotel rooms is reserved at the Decatur Conference Center and Hotel, ph: 217-422-8800, for individuals attending the MACTLAC meeting. The MACTLAC rate is $109 per night. Please reserve your room before September 30 and mention MACTLAC when making your reservation to receive the discounted rate.
