  • Made it Millikin: Jarius Ingram

    A great deal of Jarius’s time and studies are dedicated toward researching rhabdomyosarcoma, a disease which affected his brother Jalen, who passed away in 2008. “Jalen set my trajectory for a lot of things I do,” he explained while discussing the foundation of his biology research.

      Biology Minor

      Students may obtain a minor in biology by completing a minimum of 23 credits in Biology. These credits must include the core sequence: BI105/155 Ecology and Evolution, BI205 Cell Biology and BI200 Genetics, as well as three biology content category courses numbered 300 or above.

      The Pre-Professional Program at Millikin University dedicates its energy to preparing individuals for entry into and success in a post-graduate medical sciences program. Courses in science, social science, arts, and language balance those in biology and/or chemistry.
