DEWITT - William Robert Walden, 84, of DeWitt, IL, passed away peacefully at his home Wednesday, November 22, 2023, surrounded by his family.
He was born March 12, 1939, in Bloomington, IL, the son of Vernelle and Darlene (Leischner) Walden. He married Bonnie Duff of Farmer City in December, 1957.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; his three children: Beth Katsinas of Champaign, Barbie Swisher (Jimmy) of Pesotum, and Bill Walden (Colleen) of Allen, TX. Also surviving are four grandchildren: Lydia Seno, Will Katsinas, Kyle Walden, and Connor Walden; as well as five bonus grandchildren: Alex Katsinas, Amanda Kirby, Ben Swisher, Jake Herrin, Will Herrin; and six great-grandchildren.
