Terms and Conditions

Refunds: All tickets are non-refundable.

Will Call Tickets: All unclaimed will call tickets will become available for purchase by the public at 10 minutes following the start of a performance.

Cameras and Tape Recorders: In compliance with copyright laws and contractual agreements with artists, photographs and tape recordings may not be taken during a performance. All cameras and video-recorders, including camera and video phones will be confiscated if in use.

Curtain Time: Patrons are urged to be in their seats before curtain time, as the prompt beginning of performances is important to artists and audiences alike. Latecomers may be detained and may be given alternate seating. The Main Auditorium usually opens 30 minutes prior to each performance. All programs and dates are subject to change.

Electronic Devices: All electronic devices including cell phones, pagers, beepers, alarm watches, and any other devices that may go off during a performance should be turned off prior to entering the theatre. Cell-phones should be turned completely off as they may interfere with Kirkland’s communication devices. Patrons who cause a disturbance by using any electronic device during a performance may be asked to leave the theatre.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the Kirkland Fine Arts Center. Patrons who wish to smoke are asked to step outside at least 15 feet away from any entrance doors.

Reserved Parking: Reserved Parking is offered to members of our Friends program who join at the $250 level or above. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled event. All reserved parking spaces will be released at 10 minutes prior to the scheduled program start time.
