Help Desk Hours
The Help Desk is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM when the University is open.

You can reach the Help Desk in multiple ways:
• in person by visiting the Help Desk office in Shilling 106

• by submitting a technology work order directly into JIRA
Technology issues and questions when the Help Desk isn't open?
We have created a FAQs pages filled with information to help you with your basic hardware and software questions and answers.
For an issue that can be handled during regular work hours, please submit a JIRA work order by logging in to myMILLIKIN, send an email or call with details of the issue, location and contact information. E-mail and voicemail are checked first thing in the morning and will be responded to promptly.
For emergency issues or wide-spread issues, please contact Safety & Security at 217.464.8888 and they will contact the appropriate person to assist you.
