For each of the Employee of the Month years listed on the main page, the EOMs are arranged by academic year- running August-May.

However, because the Employee Recognition Event is typically held in April or May, the employees up for Employee of the Year (awarded during the Event) include the EOMs from April & May from the previous academic year.
 
The April & May EOM awarded after each annual Employee Recognition Event are recognized the following year.

As such, when you are looking through the photos, you may notice the quality/style of the April & May EOM photos will be different when compared to those from the remainder of the academic year.
