  2. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  3. Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Master of Business Administration

Millikin offers two Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs for individuals who want to advance their careers:

  1. The Executive MBA Program is a 17-month evening program that teaches what executives do, and focuses on the development of leaders. Itis for people at all career levels, from aspiring entrepreneur to mid-level manager to company executive, and focuses on critical executive thinking and performance.
  2. The Fast-Track MBA Program is a 12-month accelerated MBA Program specifically designed for rising young professionals or recent college graduates. It focuses on three pillars of excellence: Accounting & Finance; Management & Leadership, and Marketing & Strategy.

Both Millikin MBAs are based on technical business courses, specifically finance, marketing, and operations, but define themselves by assimilating multiple disciplines to produce true executive-level thinking and planning. The curriculum is intentional, with the objective of developing business leaders with broad generalist skills who can analyze business situations from different perspectives and exercise the judgment required to create solutions.

The School of Nursing offers graduate courses leading to the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree for those nurses who want to advance their careers beyond the baccalaureate level. The track consists of an intensive, fast-paced curriculum delivered in the classroom and clinical and practical settings five days a week for 30 continuous months. Graduates earn a MSN and are eligible to take the RN licensure exam.
