Cap and Gown Pick Up Days in the Lindsay-Schaub Room, Richards Treat Center. In order to pick up your cap and gown, your account must be cleared (including graduation fee paid). You must also complete the online senior survey as well as the online alumni questionnaire after the March 1st graduate fair. MBA graduates need only complete the online alumni questionnaire. Traditional and PACE students will receive 6 tickets each. MBA students will receive 8 tickets each. We will distribute extra tickets (traditional and PACE students) at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 15 outside of Albert Taylor Hall in Shilling Hall (students will line up in two rows), and receive two tickets at a time until we run out of tickets. MBA students will pick up their cap, gown, and tickets (8 tickets per student) through the MBA office. Jaclyn Cantwell, MBA program coordinator will coordinate MBA cap/gown/ticket pick up.

MBA Graduation Ceremony in Albert Taylor Theatre. Graduates should line up outside Albert Taylor Hall by 6:30 p.m. Staff will be there to assist with directions. Tickets required. Each graduating student will receive 8 tickets.

Wornick Dining Room

A brunch will be held prior to the ceremony. This brunch includes eggs to order, omelet station, waffle bar, a deli bar, a produce market, dessert bar, and beverages. RSVPs must be received by Monday, May 15, 2017. Email Corey Clabaugh, Director of dining at cclabaugh@millikin.edu. Questions? Call Corey at 217-420-6649. Any Millikin student (including graduates) may use remaining meal plan or flex for their meal, but please include them in your RSVP count. Payment is required at the time of the brunch and the cost is $8.50 per person plus sales tax ($9.71). We accept Flex, Cash, Checks, Credit (Visa and MC only) and debit cards. Checks should be made out to Millikin Dining Service.

Doors Open

Doors open at 12:30 p.m. for ticketed guests (ALL guests must have a ticket, including children and babies). We ask that you not bring balloons, air horns, beach balls and other disruptive devices into the Decatur Civic Center.  Please remember this is a formal occasion, and disturbances make it difficult for others to hear and enjoy. We anticipate behavior appropriate for a solemn, yet celebratory occasion. Seats available on a first-come basis.
