9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. and 1:00-4:30 p.m. each day.

 

You may pick up your cap and gown at the Campus Bookstore beginning Tuesday, November 28 through Friday, December 1, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:00 -4:30 p.m. (closed for lunch) each day.  You must come to Shilling 213 (Office of the Provost) sometime that week and pick up a voucher (and your tickets) from the Coordinator of Commencement.  We will check to make sure that your account is clear (including graduation fee). You must also complete the online senior survey (Undergraduate and PACE students only) as well as the online alumni questionnaire (all graduating students) after the October 4th Graduate Fair. Master's and Doctorate program students need only complete the online alumni questionnaire. Once you receive the voucher, you will go to the Campus Bookstore and pick up your cap and gown.   All students will receive 10 tickets each.  If we have extra tickets, those will be distributed after rehearsal on Wednesday, December 6th.

Graduation Brunch
University Commons Dining Room

A brunch will be held prior to the ceremony. This brunch includes eggs to order, omelet station, waffle bar, a deli bar, a produce market, dessert bar, and beverages. RSVPs must be received by Monday, December 4, 2017. Email Corey Clabaugh, Director of dining at cclabaugh@millikin.edu. Questions? Call Corey at 217-420-6649. Any Millikin student (including graduates) may use remaining meal plan or flex for their meal, but please include them in your RSVP count. Payment is required at the time of the brunch and the cost is $8.50 per person plus sales tax ($9.71). We accept Flex, Cash, Checks, Credit (Visa and MC only) and debit cards. Checks should be made out to Millikin Dining Service.

Doors Open

Doors open at 1:30 p.m. for ticketed guests (ALL guests must have a ticket, including children and babies). We ask that you not bring balloons, air horns, beach balls and other disruptive devices into Kirkland Fine Arts Center.  Please remember this is a formal occasion, and disturbances make it difficult for others to hear and enjoy. We anticipate behavior appropriate for a solemn, yet celebratory occasion. Seats available on a first-come basis.
