Decatur area alums: The MU Alumni Association invites you to a pre-basketball chili bar, noon to 1:30 p.m., at Lock, Stock & Barrel, 129 S. Oakland Avenue next to campus.

Cost for the meal is $5.50 per person and includes soft drinks. Pay at LSB, but RSVP to the alumni office (217-424-6383) so we have enough seats reserved.

Afterward, join us in cheering for Big Blue basketball:

• 2 p.m. Women’s Basketball vs. North Park
  The women’s basketball game is a Pink Zone event to support the “Come Together, Let’s Walk” initiative to fight ovarian, breast and cervical cancer. There will be a silent auction and contributions will be accepted.
• 4 p.m. Men’s basketball vs. North Park
  Your Alumni Association membership card provides free admission to both games.
