Regional clubs have been established to foster support for Millikin University.

These clubs host activities and events for area alumni, parents and friends, and serve as communication links between the university and its constituents, strengthening the relationship of present and future alumni, parents and friends with the area club and the university.

• Indianapolis
• St. Louis
