The Millikin University Choir

From the pure sounds of the Renaissance to the robust qualities of major choral/orchestral works, the 55-voice Millikin University Choir celebrates a broad variety of styles and genres.
The Choir has brought its blend of warmth and artistic excellence to audiences in settings of every description, including the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., and in numerous countries, including England, Haiti, Dominican Republic, China and Taiwan.
In addition to being selected to perform at several regional and state conventions
for music educators, the Choir was chosen to sing at the March 2011 American Choral Directors Association's national convention in Chicago. The Choir has four CDs available on Millikin's First Step Records music label.
The University Choir will tour various locations in Illinois, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Mississippi, Jan. 6-27.
