Dr. Kruml teaches principles of management, human resource management, and team dynamics. She has been teaching and consulting for more than ten years. Prior to that, she was Director of Operations in the mail-order industry responsible for customer service, telemarketing, shipping, order processing, and purchasing. Her research interests include emotions in organizations with a particular interest in emotional intelligence. Dr. Kruml received her undergraduate business and MBA degrees from the University of South Dakota and her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior from Temple University.
